Now, select your PST files from the saving location by available two options – "Export Single File" to choose PST files one by one and "Export Multiple Files" to choose folder or sub-folder of all PST files.

There is also a Search option present on the Select PST File Screen of the tool. Hit on the same, Find PST Files window will display. Click on the Browse button to navigate to the folder where PST files are kept. After choosing the path, hit on Search to locate PST files. The option can be used to find out the required PST file which required to export.

Now the software will show the list of searched PST files as appeared below. Then, hit on OK to continue.

If you click on the desired folder, all its file list will show quickly on the right software pane. Just select the email, which you want to view and all its data will display in the Preview section.

Once you finished selection of PST files, Click on Export button.

The software provides multiple saving formats to convert PST files

• File Formats- EML, MSG, EMLX, PDF, MBOX, MHT, HTML, XPS, TXT, DOC, DOCX, RTF, CSV, Lotus Notes (NSF), Outlook for Mac (OLM)
• Email Clients- Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, Maildir, Zimbra
• Email Servers- Gmail, Exchange Server, Hosted Exchange Sever, Yahoo Mail
• Cloud Based services- Office 365, G Suite, Outlook.com, IBM Verse, Amazon Workmail, IMAP Server
• Image File Formats- TIFF, BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG
• Outlook Contacts- vCard
• Outlook Calendars- ICS

Select the saving location if you are exporting Outlook PST files to File formats. (By default, it is set as Desktop.)

And if you are exporting to cloud based services or any server, you just need to enter the login credentials to connect to the respective options.

Go to Advance Filters that offers multiple option for specified conversion i.e.

• Date Range: User can select date range filter to save EML files of particular date range.
• Subject Filters: Users can filter the final saving by saving the emails that contains specfic words and phrases
• TO, FROM Fields: Users can choose specific to and from addresses to save EML files.
• Exclude Folders: Users can skip any folder for migration by provided this option.

To Export PST to PDF File Format:-

If you select PDF option as export type, then the tool will give Advance PDF Saving options, File Naming Options, and Advanced Filters. So you can choose as per your requirement.

In Advanced PDF Options:-

Saving PDF Options

• Save All Emails in Single PDF

Saving Attachment Options

• Embeded Attachments to PDF
• Extract Attachments Separtely
• Convert Attachments to PDF

Advance PDF Page Settings option:

• Margin:- In this field, you will get 4 margins option i.e. Top margin, Left Margin, Bottom Margin and Right Margin.
• Paper Orientation:- Here you will get option for page structure i.e. Landscape and Portrait. Here you can also choose page size such as A3, A4 and Letter for converted PDF files

Bates Number Format

• Prefix:- With this option, you can add any number or digit at the starting of PDF name.
• Suffix:- With this option, users can add any digit or number at the end of PDF name
• Start Number:- This option is useful for customization of number stamp on PDF. For instance; if you choose "1" then the number stamp started with 1, 2, 3......n
• Increment By:- Using this option, you can increase your number series with the number of your preference. For instance if you choose 2 in the Increment By option then the bates number start as 1, 3, 5....n, n+1
• Position:- Using this option, users can choose any position to add number in PDF pages.

Stamp Current Date

• Format:- The option is useful for adding data in PDF pages. You can choose any of the format to add dates in PDF pages such as MM/dd/yyyy, dd/MM/yyyy, yyyy/MM/dd, etc.
• Position:- Using this option, you can choose desirable position for adding dates in PDF pages.

To Export PST to MBOX, CSV, Thunderbird, Lotus Notes (NSF), Zimbra, OLM:-

For exporting PST files to MBOX, CSV, Thunderbird, Lotus Notes (NSF), Zimbra, OLM, select any of these output option in Select Saving Options. After selecting, choose any advance filter option and start the conversion process.

To Export PST to EML, MSG, EMLx, TIFF, BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, Windows Live Mail, Maildir:-

For converting PST files in EML, MSG, EMLx, TIFF, BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, Windows Live Mail, Maildir, select these option in Select Saving Options. While choosing these options, the software provides advance filters and file naming combination options. You can choose any naming combination to save PST files.

To Export PST to MHT, HTML, XPS, TXT, DOC, DOCX, RTF:-

For converting PST files in MHT, HTML, XPS, TXT, DOC, DOCX, RTF formats, select these option in Select Saving Options. While choosing these options, the software provides advanced filters and file naming combination options. You can choose any naming combination to save PST files. In addition, You will also get the option to Extract Attachments in a Separate Folder, if you want to save attachments in a separate folder.

For cloud saving options, you just need to provide their login details and the tool will migrate all Zimbra data into provided account directly without data loss.

For Office 365 / Outlook.com

For Exchange Server/ Hosted Exchange Server

For Gmail, G Suite, YahooMail, IBM Verse, Amazon Workmail

For Gmail, G Suite, YahooMail, IBM Verse, Amazon Workmail, you will be required to enter their respecive login details, as shown below

The tool also has the ability to convert Outlook Contacts and Calendars to standard vCard and ICS formats respectively -

As you click on Convert button the software will start the migration process of PST files. The export process will display every detail about the conversion such as the current file progress, item count, status, size etc.

Once the tool completed with the procedure, it will show an alert window showing successful completions of migration process. Click OK button to finsh the process.

After clicking on View Log, the software will successfully create .txt file including complete migration details of conversion process on your local system. So, you can view TXT Report in Note Pad.
